Succession of fashion business

As part of the succession plan for the Arbon branch of Bonsaver Mode AG (asset deal), we were able to provide comprehensive support to the buyer, Mode IN Arbon AG. We were closely involved from support in the development of the business plan, negotiations with the seller and the landlord, assistance with financing, founding the takeover company to setting up the accounting system.
