Farewell to Roman Schawalder

After almost seven years of successful collaboration, it was with a heavy heart that we said goodbye yesterday to our long-standing colleague Roman Schawalder. Roman is leaving Unit Consulting AG as of 30 September 2026 to take on a new professional challenge. As Head of Accounting at an internationally active industrial company based in Eastern Switzerland, he will assume an exciting leadership role in finance and accounting.

We would like to sincerely thank Roman for his many years of dedication, the excellent collaboration and his valuable support. Throughout all these years, Roman has enriched our team not only professionally, but also on a personal level, and we will therefore remember him very fondly. We are all the more pleased that we will remain in personal contact with him beyond his time at Unit Consulting AG.

Of course, a small farewell gift was a must: the entire team presented Roman with a basket full of treats, while Unit Consulting AG gave him a pen specially engraved for him – to make sure he does not forget us too quickly in his new role.

Dear Roman – we wish you all the very best for the next step in your career, every success, much happiness and a fantastic start in your new role!

Your Unit Team
