Computechnic in Goldach, with around 40 employees, stands for the development and production of customer-specific control solutions, electronics and automation, software and hardware at the highest level. The company has now been successfully handed over by the previous owners to the next generation of long-standing employees as part of a management buy-out. This was the desired solution of the sellers, who had also taken over the company 25 years ago as part of an MBO.

Unit Consulting AG acted as advisor to the sellers and supported them in the clarification of corporate law structures prior to the sale, the structuring of the transaction, tax clarifications and valuation questions.
