25 years of Unit Consulting AG

The management consulting company Unit Consulting AG is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Partner Wendelin Studer also celebrates a quarter of a century as Managing Director from the very beginning. Joel Mörtlseder becomes a new partner just in time for the anniversary.

Unit Consulting AG, based in Gossau, has been supporting entrepreneurs and companies with customized solutions for a wide range of issues since February 1999, i.e. for 25 years. Whether family succession, sale of the company or raising funds for an investment project: such transactions require prudent planning and business management support. Other key areas of advice include restructuring and reorganization, strategic support and interim management, controlling and financial management, tax advice and accounting tasks.

Wendelin Studer was Managing Director from the very beginning and is also celebrating his personal anniversary with Unit Consulting AG. He looks back with pride on an eventful quarter of a century and many exciting customer situations: "In phases of change, entrepreneurs and companies need broad expertise coupled with forward-looking planning. We have been able to successfully complete many challenging projects with our clients."

Wendelin Studer and Jakob Signer are delighted to welcome another partner just in time for the company's 25th anniversary: 34-year-old Joel Mörtlseder is a qualified fiduciary expert and has been working in the Unit Consulting AG team since 2019. He heads the growing fiduciary division and, with five employees, supports SMEs in a wide range of sectors in financial accounting, payroll accounting, direct taxes and VAT.

The 25-year success story of Unit Consulting AG is strongly characterized by its founder Urs Lenz, who is still Chairman of the Board of Directors today, and by committed, motivated employees with a strong customer focus and a constant hunger for knowledge. This is reflected in long-term customer relationships, challenging projects and a commitment to quality. The partnership between Wendelin Studer, Jakob Signer and the new partner Joel Mörtlseder promises continuity, expertise and innovation for the future.
